Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs acceptable use of the Kartib platform and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Data Integrity Violations

• •Entering intentionally false financial data to manipulate KPIs
• •Creating fraudulent financial records or reports
• •Misrepresenting metrics to investors/stakeholders using Platform outputs
• •Fabricating investor commitments or pipeline deals

2.2 Unlawful and Harmful Activities

• •Facilitating fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
• •Uploading illegal content to Documents module
• •Using Competitors module for corporate espionage or unlawful surveillance
• •Impersonating another founder, company, or organisation
• •Harassing, threatening, or harming others

2.3 Security Violations

• •Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
• •Uploading malicious code or exploiting vulnerabilities
• •Reverse engineering source code, algorithms, or AI models
• •Circumventing security features or RLS policies
• •Sharing credentials or allowing unauthorised access

2.4 Resource Abuse

• •Degrading performance for other users
• •Exceeding API/query limits
• •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

2.5 AI Agent Misuse

• •Configuring agents for spam, harassment, or illegal content
• •Using agents to automate Terms violations
• •Prompt injection or model manipulation attempts

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use, investigate violations, and take enforcement action as necessary to protect the Platform and its users.

4. Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, content removal, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
