Intellectual Property Policy

1. Kartib Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Platform, including the following, is the sole property of Kartib Technologies Private Limited, protected under Indian and international law:

• •Trademarks: “Kartib” name, logo, and tagline “Your Founder Operating System”
• •Copyrights/Trade Secrets: All software, TypeScript/React code, algorithms, database schemas
• •Trade Dress: 37-module architecture, KPI calculation methodologies, UI/UX designs
• •Documentation: All Platform documentation and materials
• •Improvements: All future enhancements and derivative works

2. Trademark Policy

The following are registered or common law trademarks of Kartib Technologies Private Limited:

• •“Kartib” — word mark
• •“Your Founder Operating System” — tagline
• •Kartib logo and visual identity

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

3. User Content IP

Users retain all intellectual property rights in their content. The licence granted to Kartib is limited to service delivery and terminates automatically upon account deletion.

4. Open Source Attribution

Kartib uses open source components including Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Zustand, in full compliance with their respective licences. A complete list is available upon request.

5. DMCA and Copyright

Copyright infringement reports should be sent to legal@kartib.comm with standard DMCA notice requirements including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and a statement of good faith belief.
